Cactus Jack is in our care because his owner was in a car accident and is now in a nursing home partially paralized. When we were called about the owner,Washington County Sheriff's department found him for us, and we made arrangements with him to take Cactus Jack along with three other horses.
Cactus Jack will most likely be a permanent resident with ERLSI due to his age, and other circumstances.
