It has been very hard for me to write this because Cody was my mare. Even though she was old, and I didn't expect her to make it through the winter this year, it isn't any easier to accept her death.
I bought Cody as a three year old, and she's been with me ever since. She taught both of my girls to ride, and taught me a few life lessons along the way.
I'll miss her!
